Today is Mr. D birthday.
We dint really celebrate with him but a just normal and fine beer session with him at Station One Yesterday night.

Once he get into the car, 3 of us were start singing the
BIRTHDAY'S SONG.
inludes Mrs.Tan, MissPP and Rose the driver.

Yesterday was consider a fun party with not full of peoples.
We race car together at Desa Park till Lang Perut Putih 7.

Circle of Love which We Lack

Circle of Love means is
"A circle is a curved line with every equal points distance from the point to the center and bound together by a common interest".

Agree or Disagree?

Common interest in our heart was still the same once we know each other since we're in Primary School.
We use to play, talk, have fun, hang out together, shopping and many mores which i lazy to listed down because are really DAmn many.

Few questions continuous popping out in my minds.

Why do many peoples continuously get trapped in the vicious circle of relationship based on infatuation?
And i answer it in another simple way;
They do not love themselves, and therefore they are willing to forfeit their individuality including their wants and needs just to have somebody in their life.

To love yourself is the degree to which you will be able to
extend love to others, and inevitable to find the one for you.

Do you extend as much kindness to yourself as you do to others? Do you love yourself?
(Ponder these questions carefully and soulfully,guys)

Look at the second question that i wrote again.

Millions of peoples are in this vicious circle. The good news is that you change. reverse this pattern and more from a vicious circle into a LOVING circles.

"Love yourself first and everything falls into line"

Let me answer Mr. D question so you wont keep in mind.

How do you love yourself?
When you don't love youself, you are basically telling the Universe it you are unworthy or underserving of love or positive outcomes. It have the same vibrational match as love.
Making a conscious decision; an intention to become happy and lead a fullfilled life.

How do you know whether you love yourself?
When u make a decision to love yourself, you are really saying that you want to come alive. You accept that you are responsible for the outcomes that you experience in your life and would lik yourself to shine from a living a fulfilling life.

What do you do to love myself?
So if you’ve decided on loving yourself but are as equally stumped on how to love yourself, as I was back then, here are 17 ways which I believe can be helpful;

1. Fall in love with yourself.

However I look and sound, whatever I say and do, and whatever I think and feel at a given moment in time is authentically me. If later some parts of how I looked, sounded, thought, and felt turn out to be unfitting, I can discard that which is unfitting, keep the rest, and invent something new for that which I discarded. I can see, hear, feel, think, say, and do. I have the tools to survive, to be close to others, to be productive, and to make sense and order out of the world of people and things outside of me.

Because I own all of me, I can become intimately acquainted with me. By so doing, I can love me and be friendly with all my parts. I know there are aspects about myself that puzzle me, and other aspects that I do not know — but as long as I am friendly and loving to myself, I can courageously and hopefully look for solutions to the puzzles and ways to find out more about me.
