last last week me miss pp, mr.d and mrs tan went to1 u new way to sing k..the date i cant

remember well but its for sure b4 mr.d went on cruise to become his rose and jack roles

hahahahahha on that day 3 of us rock the k room with our theme addicted song which is

POKERFACE non other by the famous lady gaga..hey guys u still remember the GAGA name

is actually created by us during our secondary school time!!!our gaga is as in FAKE!!and we named our

group by GAGA SEI group..a.k.a fake to die!!!duh!!!even is abit weird but that name hold us

together for sometime till now hehehehe miss those gaga days on our secondary time

ok back to now...so on that day 3 of us really sing till our heart out and we shout and stand on

the couch like we having concert!!!is damn tired when we having our k moments

so here some pic during our k moments...

I'm back!!

Since this blog was neglecting for few few weeks ago already so today i take my time to updating this blog.

After the Bbq nighties, we din organise any activity either party.
and all of us just get back where on what we be doing for everyday.

Working, working and working..

Well, as u all know i has been holiday and doing nothing almost 3 months. And now i just waiting for my college reopen on 28th of September.
hehe :P

But i also trying to do something which benefit everyone but failed!! Sorry.. hehe

Although we dint organize party but we had our great time on having our "Mini" drink tea session on some night which we feel super duper desperate on missing each other
(gossiping and teasing)
and 2 of us is enjoying their
"smooching sessions".
(You know, I know) :)

our bbq stove!!!hotcha!!!our chickens and lamb on the stove ngiam ngiam~~~

this is actually a random bbq that held on my home..members include our miss rose, mrs.tan, mr,d, lek wei, and cant miss out our beloved mr. jefferey and misslily the most moh....geh couple hahahhaha moh as in so late coming heheheheh. This random bbq actually goes well even everyone complaining not much food to eat and to q~~but at the end everyone full till mum also cant recognize and the most important is WE HAVE FUN!!!!yes we do!!!with al the foods and drinks eat till everyone almost fann tou!!!like goldfish die jor terbalik>>>fan tou lo hahahhahha

At home watch TV, Go out bring HP.

No money, sell TV. Got money change HP.

Sometimes enjoy TV but most of the time play with HP.

TV free for life but HP, if you don't pay, the services will be terminated.

TV is big, bulky and most of the time old but HP is cute, slim, curvy and very portable at any time.

Operational cost for TV is often acceptable but for HP is high and often demanding.

Most Important, TV got remote but HP don't have.

last saturday me miss.pp and mr.daniel too sien of nothing to do then we decide went to the

curve for a so call high tea yum cha. then we both dress up nice nice went to the winter warmers

place for yum cha and smoosh i like the environment there cos it suit my lifestyle is actually

more to modern working lifestyle for some people even im not in that stage but i really like that

feel. Even there is alot people walk lai walk kee but the environment is so damn good

furthermore, we sambil lim teh sambil accompanied by the life band which is so relaxing...

damn i look so fat in this pic!!anyway is me and mr.d

after the few hours of yum chaing and enjoying there here come rose!!!!she went there with her

and fishy need went back with the fish muis. The last few hours 3 of us sit there kepoing and

laugh like no one cares...duh and of course been bullied by mr.d which is the biggest clown there

3 of us laugh till like people just out from the crazy town which we known as tanjung

rambutan...haiz mentioned doe this name also beh song cos remind me about the stupid

steamboat buffet !!!

after all the laughings and kepoing 3 of us decided to went back ohhhh no mistaken !!! me and

mr.d decided to join my friends at poppy and send rose back.

rose driving mr.d vios ...broomm damn sexy eh wei!!!look like hair ads konon!!

mr.d and miss rose while driving back ..can u c rose geh small little cute eyes on the

heheheheheh actually is me not mr.d. Cant deny is fun on that day, but something

which doesnt suppose to let me c, it happened on that day. SHH!!!secret cant mention on the

blog cos is abit personal..

You can eat five portions of fruit and veg a day and exercise regularly, but healthy behaviour means little if you continue to smoke.
The message that 'smoking is bad for you' is an old one, so not everyone gives it their full attention. Below we list the health risks of smoking

Why quit smoking?
Term watch
‘Cardiovascular’ means the heart and circulation.
Cardiovascular disease causes:
poor circulation
angina (chest pains)
heart attacks
stroke.

Most people know that smoking can cause lung cancer, but it can also cause many other cancers and illnesses.
Smoking kills around 114,000 people in the UK each year.
Of these deaths, about 42,800 are from smoking-related cancers, 30,600 from cardiovascular disease and 29,100 die slowly from emphysema and other chronic lung diseases.

How do cigarettes damage health?

Cigarettes contain more than 4000 chemical compounds and at least 400 toxic substances.

When you inhale, a cigarette burns at 700°C at the tip and around 60°C in the core. This heat breaks down the tobacco to produce various toxins.

As a cigarette burns, the residues are concentrated towards the butt.

The products that are most damaging are:

tar, a carcinogen (substance that causes cancer)
nicotine is addictive and increases cholesterol levels in your body
carbon monoxide reduces oxygen in the body
components of the gas and particulate phases cause chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (COPD).

The damage caused by smoking is influenced by:
the number of cigarettes smoked
whether the cigarette has a filter
how the tobacco has been prepared.

Smoking affects how long you live .

Research has shown that smoking reduces life expectancy by seven to eight years.
Did you know?

On average, each cigarette shortens a smoker's life by around 11 minutes.

Of the 300 people who die every day in the UK as a result of smoking, many are comparatively young smokers.

The number of people under the age of 70 who die from smoking-related diseases exceeds the total figure for deaths caused by breast cancer, AIDS, traffic accidents and drug addiction.
Non-smokers and ex-smokers can also look forward to a healthier old age than smokers.

Did you know?

Cardiovascular disease
Cardiovascular disease is the main cause of death due to smoking.

Hardening of the arteries is a process that develops over years, when cholesterol and other fats deposit in the arteries, leaving them narrow, blocked or rigid. When the arteries narrow (atherosclerosis), blood clots are likely to form.

Smoking accelerates the hardening and narrowing process in your arteries: it starts earlier and blood clots are two to four times more likely.

Cardiovasular disease can take many forms depending on which blood vessels are involved, and all of them are more common in people who smoke.

A fatal disease
Blood clots in the heart and brain are the most common causes of sudden death.

Coronary thrombosis: a blood clot in the arteries supplying the heart, which can lead to a heart attack. Around 30 per cent are caused by smoking.

Cerebral thrombosis: the vessels to the brain can become blocked, which can lead to collapse, stroke and paralysis.
If the kidney arteries are affected, then high blood pressure or kidney failure results.
Blockage to the vascular supply to the legs may lead to gangrene and amputation.
Smokers tend to develop coronary thrombosis 10 years earlier than non-smokers, and make up 9 out of 10 heart bypass patients.

Cancer

Smokers are more likely to get cancer than non-smokers. This is particularly true of lung cancer, throat cancer and mouth cancer, which hardly ever affect non-smokers.

The link between smoking and lung cancer is clear.

Ninety percent of lung cancer cases are due to smoking.

If no-one smoked, lung cancer would be a rare diagnosis - only 0.5 per cent of people who've never touched a cigarette develop lung cancer.

One in ten moderate smokers and almost one in five heavy smokers (more than 15 cigarettes a day) will die of lung cancer.

The more cigarettes you smoke in a day, and the longer you've smoked, the higher your risk of lung cancer. Similarly, the risk rises the deeper you inhale and the earlier in life you started smoking.

For ex-smokers, it takes approximately 15 years before the risk of lung cancer drops to the same as that of a non-smoker.

If you smoke, the risk of contracting mouth cancer is four times higher than for a non-smoker. Cancer can start in many areas of the mouth, with the most common being on or underneath the tongue, or on the lips.

Other types of cancer that are more common in smokers are:
bladder cancer
cancer of the oesophagus
cancer of the kidneys
cancer of the pancreas
cervical cancer

Term watch
Chronic means long term, not severe.

COPD
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a collective term for a group of conditions that block airflow and make breathing more difficult, such as:

emphysema - breathlessness caused by damage to the air sacs (alveoli)

chronic bronchitis - coughing with a lot of mucus that continues for at least three months.

Smoking is the most common cause of COPD and is responsible for 80 per cent of cases.

It's estimated that 94 per cent of 20-a-day smokers have some emphysema when the lungs are examined after death, while more than 90 per cent of non-smokers have little or none.

COPD typically starts between the ages of 35 and 45 when lung function starts to decline anyway.

Quitting can help

Lung damage from COPD is permanent, but giving up smoking at any stage reduces the rate of decline in lung capacity.

In smokers, the rate of decline in lung function can be three times the usual rate. As lung function declines, breathlessness begins.

As the condition progresses, severe breathing problems can require hospital care. The final stage is death from slow and progressive breathlessness.

Other risks caused by smoking
Did you know?

A single cigarette can reduce the blood supply to your skin for over an hour.

Smoking raises blood pressure, which can cause hypertension (high blood pressure) - a risk factor for heart attacks and stroke.

Couples who smoke are more likely to have fertility problems than couples who are non-smokers.

Smoking worsens asthma and counteracts asthma medication by worsening the inflammation of the airways that the medicine tries to ease.

The blood vessels in the eye are sensitive and can be easily damaged by smoke, causing a bloodshot appearance and itchiness.

Heavy smokers are twice as likely to get macular degeneration, resulting in the gradual loss of eyesight.

Smokers run an increased risk of cataracts.

Smokers take 25 per cent more sick days year than non-smokers.

Smoking stains your teeth and gums.

Smoking increases your risk of periodontal disease, which causes swollen gums, bad breath and teeth to fall out.

Smoking causes an acid taste in the mouth and contributes to the development of ulcers.

Smoking also affects your looks: smokers have paler skin and more wrinkles. This is because smoking reduces the blood supply to the skin and lowers levels of vitamin A.

Smoking and impotence

For men in their 30s and 40s, smoking increases the risk of erectile dysfunction (ED) by about 50 per cent.

Erection can't occur unless blood can flow freely into the penis, so these blood vessels have to be in good condition.

Smoking can damage the blood vessels and cause them to degenerate: nicotine narrows the arteries that lead to the penis, reducing blood flow and the pressure of blood in the penis.

This narrowing effect increases over time, so if you haven't got problems now, things could change later.

Erection problems in smokers may be an early warning signal that cigarettes are already damaging other areas of the body - such as the blood vessels that supply the heart.

Did you know?
The British Medical Association estimates that up to 120,000 men have ED because of smoking.

Smoking and others

There are many health-related reasons to give up cigarettes - not just for smokers, but to protect those around you.

Babies born to mothers who smoke during pregnancy are twice as likely to be born prematurely and with a low birth weight.

Passive smoking

The 'side-stream' smoke that comes off a cigarette between puffs carries a higher risk than directly inhaled smoke.

Children who grow up in a home where one or both of their parents smoke have twice the risk of getting asthma and asthmatic bronchitis. They also have a higher risk of developing allergies.

Infants under two years old are more prone to severe respiratory infections and cot death.

For adults, passive smoking seems to increase the risk of lung cancer, but the evidence for an increased risk of heart disease is not yet conclusive.

Thinking about quitting?

As well as reducing your risk of getting a smoking-related illness, there are other benefits to quitting smoking.

General health improves - tiredness and headaches can be linked to smoking.
Your sense of taste and smell improve.
Your heart will be less strained and work more efficiently.

Stopping smoking is the single biggest thing you can do to improve your health, but it's a difficult task.

Smokers who are trying to kick their habit may be disappointed to find there's no single quit method that guarantees success.

The weight of evidence suggests that smokers should set a date to stop, and do their best to quit completely from this point.

On average it takes four to five attempts to give up, and there are a number of things that can help willpower:

nicotine replacement treatment (NRT) in the form of gum, skin patches or nasal spray
Zyban (bupropion) is a medicine that's licensed to help smoking cessation
behaviour modification programmes
alternative therapies such as acupuncture and hypnosis.

Steamboat Gathering

Last Wednesday, we had a little gathering among 5 of us at Aman Puri steamboat

@Tanjung Rambutan Steamboat Buffet.

Those food were sucks and yaks plus the seafood not fresh.
We get cheat from the pictures in the Media Focus that always throw in our house.

No second visit to this restoran anymore!!!!!

But, we had a laughing session and recall what we been through together.
The moments we go Redang, playing together, teasing each other and many funny stories behinds.

After all everyone think i had change to a better person on what i did and how i act. I feel im a better person as well hehehehe. I doing things which i think is correct, i c things wider compare to last time.Im not gonna waste my life by doing things which doesnt benefit or hurt myself anymore cos as the phrases state "in our life got how many ten years" quoted from the chinese drama hahahhaah. yea!! is definitely true in my life there still how many years to go thru. Y have to let myself suffer with unrelated thingy that waste my time rite??

By the way i did kick out 2 guys from my life recently...sorry to do that but im really disappointing on u both. I might be cruel to made my decision but sorry la to make my life better everything is under my control. Dont come over and explain all those bullshit thingy in front me cos im freaking fed up with those granny stories. Im not a little girl anymore who trust a granny story anymore, maybe the decision i said and made for u both is cruel but things that doesnt work out for me and people who doesnt really appreciate me sorry to say!!!im not gonna appreciate as well.

Yesterday me and Mr.D had go One Utama with Donna Diong Chin Chin.

Once we reach we went to Kitchen boutique meet up Chin Chin.
She was trying many outfit there and bought 2 pieces of black dress.

We gone to Kitchen for 3 times a days.

After that, we go to bbq plaza to have our lunch.
:)

She really can eat a lotz...

All time favorite for us anytime and anywhere.

Later on we continue on our plan.
Mr. D had buy 2 pairs of shoes for his auntie.
and
Chin Chin buy along too.

Moreover, Chin Chin has buy more 1 lagging and 2 more dress for her owns.

I'm Back.....

Since i have already neglecting this blog since the previous post due to my laziness. Now let me update it more otherwise this blog will turn into dusty blog which let all of us left alone.

Mr. D 21st Birthday is just passes by like that. Unbelievable.
Hope he will get a happy 21st Birthday and he loves my homemade marble cake and our SIGG blue bottle for him as present.

Btw, back to Tuesday, me and boh had went to KL find Nicky and Rose.
We cook homemade soup and fried rice for them.

After that, we went to Times Square for a walk.

While we window shopping, i saw a woman holding a box "krispy kreme doughnut".

So, we decided to search for this shop.

Agree or Disagree?

Common interest in our heart was still the same once we know each other since we're in Primary School.
We use to play, talk, have fun, hang out together, shopping and many mores which i lazy to listed down because are really DAmn many.

Few questions continuous popping out in my minds.

Why do many peoples continuously get trapped in the vicious circle of relationship based on infatuation?
And i answer it in another simple way;
They do not love themselves, and therefore they are willing to forfeit their individuality including their wants and needs just to have somebody in their life.

To love yourself is the degree to which you will be able to
extend love to others, and inevitable to find the one for you.

Do you extend as much kindness to yourself as you do to others? Do you love yourself?
(Ponder these questions carefully and soulfully,guys)

When u make a decision to love yourself, you are really saying that you want to come alive. You accept that you are responsible for the outcomes that you experience in your life and would lik yourself to shine from a living a fulfilling life.

However I look and sound, whatever I say and do, and whatever I think and feel at a given moment in time is authentically me. I can see, hear, feel, think, say, and do. I have the tools to survive, to be close to others, to be productive, and to make sense and order out of the world of people and things outside of me.

Because I own all of me, I can become intimately acquainted with me. By so doing, I can love me and be friendly with all my parts. I know there are aspects about myself that puzzle me, and other aspects that I do not know — but as long as I am friendly and loving to myself, I can courageously and hopefully look for solutions to the puzzles and ways to find out more about me.

This question keeps appearing in my mind lately. A simple question but yet many of us may not realize we are not doing it. From one question, I started to ask …

1) How much do you love yourself?
2) How do you know whether you love yourself?
3) What do you do to love myself?

Own big house, car and married is consider loving oneself? Then many people have them but do they love themselves? What about love? Loving others by sacrificing oneself, is that love yourself? Parents sacrifice themselves for the family, is that consider loving oneself? Going holiday every year is that consider love oneself? So what is loves myself? I don’t have answers….

Without loving ourselves, can we love others? If we feel we are lack of love inside, will we end up keep searching for love outside? And as a result, become too attached emotionally with the boy friend or girl friend or spouse as we feel that we need the external love to fill in our lack of love.

Other than that, yesterday me, MrsTan and Miss Yien Yien had go Pavilion for a short shopping and later on Mr Daniel come along to get Clinique freebie and a free skin consultation at Clinique.

Other than this, Yien Yien buy 2 pair of flip-flop from Esprit and another from Paul Frank and a top.

5thly, Yien Yien??!!! Where she had gone?? She still at Kepong. I dint heard much bout her. Normal.. But according to Yien, she would like to join Clinique's courses at Mid Valley for 1 week, 8am-5pm. But still in consideration. Purpose is SELF-IMPROVEMENT.

Lastly, me?? Well... same as Daniel's but not busy like a bee. hahha.. jus a random saturday and sunday.

the night of desa park city

Yesterday me a.k.a MISSPP and Mr.D went to desa park city to hang out togehter as we both too free nothing to do. So after me and MR.D meet online and since we both too free and too sienzzz at home we decide broommmm to desa park city to hang out as mr.d having monday blues feeling so as me. Meanwhile, once reached there we both decide to hang out at the usual same old place where we use to hang out which is the cofee beans and we had ordered snapple juice and the dont know what cheese cake which is mr.d favourite..

After few hours crapping with Mr.d at there we both sit till also sien di then thought of walk around the park and go back. As we both been eating too much so is a MUST to do some exercise as MR.D really needed hohohooh all the way we been walking, both of us keep cam whoring like no one care and keep shout at each other like the whole park is ours...damn embarassing aiyoh abit mengesiasuikan hahahahhahaha but this is our hobby as usual. Dessert Night

Yesterday 4 of us went to take our dessert at Honeymoon which located at Metro Prima. Is just open few month ago if im not mistaken.

So, yesterday we gave it a tried. The comment to this desserts shop just okok, at least better than the "tong sui's kor kor".

The environment of the 2nd Floor. The ambience is very good and seems like got selling accesories and clothes.

Mr. D cant wait for his dessert!!! TUUUuuuuuu.......

Among the 4 dessert we order, one of the dessert name "Sweet Memory" is totally horrible and terrible. The taste like air longkang. It contain fresh milk, durian's flesh (shape of a ball) and red bean(shape of a ball).
Warn u guys dont ever let the waiter cheat you. Its so unprofessional by the way he introduce the dessert. I cant belif this stupid and yaks dessert can us as the best sellers.

Tis is the Sweet Memory!! Not sweet and yakss. Somemore so expensive rm13
NOT WORTHY!!!

To The Ones Left Behind.

You always hear its admirable to move on. The most determined of characters a story has who can say enough is enough, pick up whats left of whatever they’ve got & are on the next plane to a Reality on a Practical class ticket.

What about those who cant or those who can yet refuse to filter through the landslide? Those who hope they can close their eyes & open them to find it was all just a very bad dream, those who say i’d rather be unhappy with you than happy with somebody else? Noble yet senseless romantics the practical survivalists had to leave behind. What happens to them?

I never pondered this for the longest time, always having been a believer of Up-and-Out and pro-active choices. Till it happens, as it happens to the seemingly best of us only to pool one with the rest of us. Years ago in a distant dream, I was left behind. So, i know.

Same old story on parchment yet wrapped with a new ribbon. Promises of never again and really it was never again. But its the cruel reality of dynamic equilibrium which dictates suffering for the need of compassion. So instead of being left behind you leave behind. You leave someone in the dark valley you once found yourself lying in so you can climb out, look down and say ‘Who’s stopping you?’ when you already know its your footprints.

But i didnt look down & condescend you. I just opened my eyes & climbed out coz it was so hard to breathe. I saw a meadow in the distance, but turned around & bent over with my knees deep in gravel to call for you. In the darkness & i held out my hand. You never replied me.

Maybe one day u will see what i mean. I know how horrible it sounds to hear that when u least want to hear it but its only coz its what u need to hear the most. Maybe one day you wont hate me so much for doing what i needed to do. I can be hopeful right? Maybe one day i may find myself near the darkness somehow, bend on my knees once again & call your name & you will tap me on the shoulder from behind and say ‘I’m here silly’. You will smile my favourite smile & i will felt touch to make up for everything i couldnt say.

Thats just the dream of my reality. The reality of my dream remains the same.

Copping Mango Tree

A little update for today at my house, Meichi's lil mansion!! This afternoon three of us has become a temporary cut tree helper which includes me, Yien Yien and Mr. D. Although we din't really make a lot of help but our tasks is important. The main task for us is to "Pick Up Mango" and "Pull the Tree Branches".

The main problem for Mr. D is "HE CANNOT TOUCH MANGO". He was sensitive to mango which once he touch, he will turn horny man and whole face was BENGKAK GILA. Isnt sound funny??!! :)
Anyway, he also give a help too.

So, picking up the mango is turn to become me and Yien Yien jobs. hahahhahahahah

I am actually quite surprised seeing the increasing numbers of my friends that blogs. 1 Day Out

Yesterday we went to Mid Valley for a mini shopping. I had just bought the Clinique anti-blemish mask and Yien Yien the acne gel from Clinique too. Btw, I, Meiling and Yien was get freebiee from Clinique Metrojaya outlet after 10-15min consultants.

The mask and the freebies from
Clinique.

Other than i bought a mask, Meiling also buy the Clinique but different works. She had bought Pore Minizing Mask. According to her, she wanted gather a money wit her family because of the mask..aahha.. funii.. PS: FISHI REMEMBER TO RETURN MONEY TO MEILING!!!!

After Mid Valley, we were heading to One Utama and Daniel wanted tag along then me, meiling and Yien decide to wait him at his house. While waiting tai siew yeh having his luxury shower we cam-whoring around his big house.

First of all, we found out behind his house got 2 cute dog, golden retriever and a shih-tzu.
OMG!! The little shih-tzu is super duper cute, with the white and tidy fur he look cute.

Here is the thing that offer for giant. Get both of them just only cost RM5.
thanks for miss Yien Yien otherwise we cant buy cheap stuff.

Before buying it, sure need to test. So, we secret test 1 bottle of the sanitizer on our hand.
